Tier One ($50 Hourly)

Includes, but not limited to:
* Front Entry/Foyer: door, door frame, handles, doorknobs, walls, fixtures, baseboards, stairs, fixtures, stairs, sweeping, mopping. 

* Living Area: high and low corners, cleaning cobwebs, cabinets, book cases, shelves, dusting, window sills, table and chairs polished. 

* Hallways: walls, light switch plates, outlet covers, doors and handles, window sills, baseboards. 

* Kitchen: fridge, stove and oven, microwave, sink, counters, cabinets, windows, walls, door, dish washer, trash, sweeping, vacuum, mopping. 

* Bathrooms: sinks, mirrors, cabinets, counters, shower and or tub, walls, windows, windowsills, doors and floors. 

* Rooms: office, laundry, bedrooms, guest rooms, change bedding if sheets are laid out for service, dust and floors.
